To get the digital signature (DS) keys you need to:
To get the digital signature keys remotely, you need to:
- availability of a valid residence permit or a certificate of a stateless person;
- availability of a phone with the ability to receive SMS to a number registered in the Mobile citizens database (MCD). If necessary, register your phone number with MCD;
- a personal computer with a webcam (or a phone with a camera);
- installed NCALayer software, necessary for further installation and use of the EDS.
Submit application remotely
The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (CSC) by individuals – non-resident:
- application generated after submission of request containing a unique number and an applicant`s signature;
- a document certifying the identity of the service recipient (for identification purposes);
- a document containing an individual identification number and confirming its registration in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 “On National Registers of Identification Numbers” (for verification);
- a notarized translation of their text into Kazakh or Russian (for verification), except in cases where the documents were originally issued in one of the specified languages. The accuracy of the translation of the text of the documents can be certified by a notary, at a diplomatic mission, consular institution or at the foreign ministry of the State.
